Job Description

The Account Manager , Programmatic is a analytical and dynamic digital media professional with client focus in mind. You are part of the next generation of data-driven optimization experts, making a lasting impression as we advance our programmatic activation offering.

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for development of strategic programmatic recommendations for your book of business. Upon approval from the client, Programmatic Account Manager will also own development of their own campaigns across selected Demand Side Platforms. Programmatic Account Manager will also be the primary contact regarding campaign optimizations, adjustments and progression and will be the owner of programmatic communication with their respective clients. You are responsible for ensuring proper execution and service levels are provided with best-in-class collaboration across multiple teams - both internal and external.

Responsibilities
  • Develop campaign strategy in collaboration with internal and external client teams
  • Evaluate campaign performance and derive insights that are both data- and marketing-driven
  • Provide advanced, actionable insights and implement optimizations to improve campaign outcomes
  • Create and manage programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, The Trade Desk, and Yahoo
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Present campaign performance and insights directly to clients
  • Manage reporting and data analysis using tools such as Campaign Manager (DCM)
  • Communicate campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance updates effectively
  • Stay updated on emerging programmatic trends and technologies; attend partner presentations
Qualifications
  • College or University degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience activating campaigns in Demand Side Platforms
  • Hands-on experience with DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and Yahoo DSP preferred
  • Experience with Campaign Manager (DCM) for reporting and data analysis
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Experience uploading and troubleshooting creative assets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
  • Strong numerical and technical proficiency
  • Inquisitive mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Accountable and results-driven

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.
