We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our close-knit team of paid media experts. You'll have the freedom to make recommendations, test new ideas, and own your accountsโ€”we hire talented marketers, trust them to do great work, and give them the autonomy to make an impact. You'll serve as the primary paid media expert for a portfolio of healthcare and higher education clients and work alongside a supportive director and collaborative team.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing
  • Build, launch, and manage full-funnel digital media campaigns across search, programmatic, and paid social
  • Own day-to-day optimizations and budget pacing
  • Write clear, thoughtful campaign insights to explain the โ€œwhyโ€ behind performance
  • Deliver strategic recommendations rooted in data to drive performance against KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals
This is not a โ€œset it and forget itโ€ role. Weโ€™re looking for someone who treats campaigns like their own business and is constantly thinking about how to improve them.

What We're Looking For

  • 7 years of direct, hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detailโ€”you notice the small stuff before it becomes big stuff
  • Proactive communication โ€” you raise issues and surface insights before being asked
  • Ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Solutions-orientedโ€” you approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising (Trade Desk experience a plus!)
  • Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in higher education and/or healthcare marketing
