Programmatic & Digital Sales Representative

Screenvision Media is seeking a strategic, revenue-focused Programmatic & Digital Sales Representative to grow its programmatic and digital business. This role will identify and develop new revenue opportunities, build strong agency and brand relationships, and drive adoption of Screenvision's advanced digital, data, and programmatic solutions.

Candidates should bring strong programmatic media expertise and a proven record of sales success across premium video and programmatic DOOH, including:

  • Strong consultative seller with a proven ability to drive incremental revenue and develop new business opportunities.
  • Established network across agency and brand trading desks, programmatic buyers, and digital decision-makers. Serves as a strategic partner in defining advertiser objectives and managing expectations around business outcomes.
  • Track record in audience-driven ad sales, with knowledge of third-party data providers as well as first-party and/or location-based strategies. Preferred: 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, CTV, programmatic DOOH, or premium publisher environments.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying and selling, including Private Marketplace (PMP), Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Open Auction/Exchange lead generation. Working knowledge of identity and measurement platforms such as LiveRamp, OpenAP, iSpot, VideoAmp, clean rooms, etc. Familiarity with deal setup processes and nuances across digital channels and platforms, including The Trade Desk (TTD) and Vistar Media. Experience in CTV and social is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex programmatic concepts to clients and internal teams. Demonstrates process discipline through CRM stewardship, client activity and follow through.
  • Ability to educate internal sales teams and clients on the value of programmatic, audience targeting, and measurement alongside direct ad buys. Works effectively across Product, Ad Operations, Marketing, Research, and Sales leadership.

This position reports to our New York City headquarters in midtown Manhattan Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Friday.

Salary Range: $90,000$120,000 USD annually, plus Bonus/Commission.

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
