DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Integrated Investment Team leads end‑to‑end media investment across linear, digital direct, audio, and programmatic channels. The team is responsible for delivering integrated, performance‑driven media solutions while maximizing trade value, spread, and long‑term partner opportunities. Integrated Investment works in close partnership with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Analytics, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure best‑in‑class execution and scalable growth.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Buyer, Programmatic is responsible for the execution, optimization, and performance management of programmatic campaigns across Evergreen Trading's client portfolio. This role owns day-to-day buying activity, campaign optimization, and vendor coordination, ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs and Evergreen's financial goals.

The Buyer operates with increasing autonomy, leveraging data, platform expertise, and vendor relationships to drive campaign performance and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Execute end-to-end programmatic campaign setup within DSPs, including line items, budgets, targeting, and tracking configuration.
  • Manage ongoing campaign optimizations including bidding strategies, pacing adjustments, audience performance analysis, and leveraging 3rd party measurement partner performance data.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure timely resolution prior to and during flight.
  • Build mock buys for client approval.

Vendor Management & Negotiation

  • Coordinate RFPs, negotiate rates, and organize partner proposals to support campaign execution.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with DSPs, SSPs, and publishers to ensure campaign success.
  • Implement PMP deals, audience strategies, and inventory selections based on campaign goals.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance against KPIs, proactively identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Develop campaign recaps, reporting summaries, and client-facing updates.
  • Maintain accurate reporting trackers and documentation across all assigned campaigns.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to programmatic best practices across campaign setup, QA, optimization, and reporting.
  • Support reconciliation, invoice clearing, and financial tracking processes in coordination with internal teams.
  • Track performance and assist with reconciliation and actualization processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2–4+ years of programmatic buying experience
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs and programmatic platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action

COMPENSATION
