Job description

Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire motive(e) et energique pour joindre notre equipe de recouvrement et tresorerie.

Le role sera principalement axe sur le recouvrement (environ 90 % du stage). Les taches liees a la gestion de tresorerie representeront environ 10 % et seront introduites graduellement, une fois que le/la stagiaire aura bien compris nos processus, nos clients et notre environnement d'affaires.

Il s'agit d'un poste concret au sein d'une entreprise de technologie publicitaire (ad tech) au rythme soutenu. Vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec les clients et les equipes de Ventes et de Finance pour assurer le suivi des paiements, concilier les comptes et soutenir les projets d'amelioration des processus, incluant les initiatives d'intelligence artificielle (IA) et d'automatisation.

Responsabilites cles:

Recouvrement (90 %)

  • Assurer le suivi des factures impayees aupres des clients.

  • Communiquer avec les clients, l'equipe des ventes et les equipes internes par courriel et par telephone.

  • Aider a resoudre les problemes de paiement et les litiges.

  • Preparer les rapports de classement chronologique des comptes (aging reports) et analyser les comptes en souffrance.

  • Concilier les comptes anciens et identifier les ecarts.

  • Tenir des registres precis des actions de recouvrement.

  • Soutenir le processus d'escalade au besoin.

  • Contribuer a l'amelioration des processus et aux projets lies a l'IA.

Gestion de tresorerie (10 %) Les responsabilites en tresorerie seront introduites progressivement et peuvent inclure :

  • Soutenir la production de rapports de tresorerie.

  • Aider a la conciliation bancaire.

  • Assister a l'affectation des encaissements (cash allocation).

  • Participer a divers projets de tresorerie.

Profil recherche:
  • Apprentissage rapide, dynamisme et esprit proactif.

  • A l'aise de communiquer avec les clients et les partenaires internes.

  • Une experience prealable en service a la clientele est un atout.

  • Ne craint pas les conversations directes ou les confrontations lorsque necessaire.

  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et souci du detail.

  • Interet pour l'IA, l'automatisation et l'optimisation des methodes de travail.

  • Capacite a evoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.

  • Excellentes competences en communication, en francais et en anglais.
