Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, domain experts, and software engineers, to understand data requirements and provide the necessary infrastructure and support.
  • Implement data pipelines that facilitate preprocess, clean, and prepare large datasets for various purposes: feeding AI agents and our platform's visualizations.
  • Work with agent communication and tool/data access patterns (e.g. Agent2Agent (A2A), MCP, agent skills, or similar emerging standards)
  • Build data pipelines hosted in Google Cloud with technologies like BigQuery, Vertex AI, Firestore (NoSQL database), external APIs and other cloud services.
  • Develop APIs and MCPs for model-serving and LLM-powered systems.

Qualifications

Hard experience and skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions.
  • Proven knowledge of MLOps/AI platforms and workflows in real-world applications.
  • Proficiency in the Python programming language.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data modelling principles.
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Experience with developing batch data processing applications, monitoring data processing applications and orchestrating data processing applications.
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, version control systems (Git), and agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of different data storage formats (JSON, parquet, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of concepts and best practices related to ML/AI.
  • Proficiency and interest in using coding agents: Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, etc.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Kedro, LangChain, CrewAI, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
  • Terraform knowledge for infrastructure-as-code.
  • Experience with machine learning models and algorithms that address complex business challenges.
  • Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing.

Description du poste

  • Collaborer avec des equipes multidisciplinaires, incluant des data scientists, experts metier et ingenieurs logiciels, afin de comprendre les besoins en donnees et fournir l'infrastructure et le support necessaires.
  • Mettre en place des pipelines de donnees permettant le pretraitement, le nettoyage et la preparation de grands ensembles de donnees a differentes fins : alimentation d'agents IA et visualisations de notre plateforme.
  • Travailler avec des modeles de communication entre agents et des schemas d'acces aux outils/donnees (ex. : Agent2Agent (A2A), MCP, competences d'agents ou standards emergents similaires).
  • Construire des pipelines de donnees heberges sur Google Cloud a l'aide de technologies telles que BigQuery, Vertex AI, Firestore (base de donnees NoSQL), APIs externes et autres services cloud.
  • Developper des APIs et des MCP pour des systemes de serving de modeles et des systemes propulses par des LLM.

Qualifications

Experience et competences techniques requises

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'experience pratique dans la mise en uvre de solutions en intelligence artificielle.
  • Experience demontree avec des plateformes et processus MLOps/IA en contexte reel.
  • Maitrise du langage de programmation Python.
  • Bonne connaissance du SQL et des principes de modelisation de donnees.
  • Solide comprehension de la manipulation de donnees, du feature engineering et des techniques de pretraitement.
  • Experience dans le developpement d'applications de traitement de donnees en batch, la surveillance des traitements et l'orchestration des flux de donnees.
  • Familiarite avec les bonnes pratiques de developpement logiciel, les systemes de controle de version (Git) et les methodologies agiles.
  • Comprehension des differents formats de stockage de donnees (JSON, Parquet, etc.).
  • Bonne connaissance des concepts et des meilleures pratiques en ML/IA.
  • Maitrise et interet pour l'utilisation d'agents de codage : Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, etc.
