Senior Account Executive, Paid Media

Do you enjoy turning media performance into meaningful business results? Are you passionate about building integrated paid media campaigns that connect brands with audiences through data, creativity and strategic optimization?

As a Senior Account Executive, Paid Media at Zeno, you will support integrated paid media programs for a diverse portfolio of clients across consumer, corporate and healthcare sectors. Working closely with account teams, strategists and analytics partners, you will help develop paid media strategies, manage campaign execution and optimize performance across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for a paid media professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to manage day-to-day media workstreams, contribute to campaign strategy, mentor junior team members and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution: Support the development and execution of integrated paid media strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights and business goals across digital channels.

  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms, monitoring performance, optimizing delivery and identifying opportunities to improve results.

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, develop reporting and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support client decision-making.

  • Integrated Media Planning: Collaborate with strategy, creative, analytics and account teams to ensure paid media programs align with broader communications and marketing initiatives.

  • Client Management & Strategic Support: Support day-to-day client relationships by managing workstreams, communicating campaign performance and contributing strategic recommendations that help clients achieve business objectives.

  • Team Collaboration & Professional Growth: Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing or integrated marketing within an agency or similar environment.

  • Experience developing and executing paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms.

  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and X.

  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with Google Ads or similar paid media platforms.

  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, optimization techniques and paid media reporting.

  • Experience interpreting analytics and identifying trends that inform campaign recommendations.

  • Familiarity with programmatic display, paid search or broader digital media planning.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience contributing ideas and campaign recommendations to clients and internal teams.

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.

  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for digital innovation, continuous learning and delivering measurable client impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic display, paid search (SEM/PPC) or omnichannel media campaigns.

  • Experience supporting healthcare, consumer or corporate clients.

  • Familiarity with media measurement, attribution or analytics platforms.

  • Experience contributing to integrated communications or marketing campaigns.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD/yr

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges cannot exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
