Maintenance / Automation Technician – All Shift Opportunities

We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance / Automation Technicians to support a growing manufacturing operation with highly automated production equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability, strong compensation, and the chance to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with advanced equipment and technology.

Pay
  • $32–$41/hour

  • Compensation is based on experience, technical ability, and overall skill set

Shift Availability
  • Primarily 2nd and 3rd Shift openings

  • Limited 1st Shift opportunities available

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing automation, or controls troubleshooting

  • Experience working with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, robotics, and automated equipment

  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities

  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues in a production environment

  • Experience within metal stamping or plastic injection molding environments preferred

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime

  • Support PLC and controls-related troubleshooting
