Job Summary:
Tranzeal Incorporated is seeking a Customer Certification Program Manager to support a critical SAP transition initiative. This role involves managing customer specification processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing workflows within SAP during the stabilization phase post-go-live.
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer specification tracking, review, and approval processes
• Support SAP stabilization and post-go-live activities
• Coordinate new customer specifications and process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and compliance
• Help optimize customer specification workflows within SAP
Qualifications:
Required:
