  • Encouraging meaningful community involvement and activities
  • Researching new opportunities and resources for individuals
  • Helping during challenging situations with calm, supportive leadership
  • Pitching in when extra support is needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • A caring, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Someone who enjoys leadership but also values collaboration
  • A commitment to person-centered support
Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Meaningful work you can feel proud of
  • Opportunities for growth and leadership
  • The chance to truly impact someone’s life every day
Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of direct experience
• Associate degree or 60 college credits and 4 years of direct experience
*CI (Certified Investigator) (Preferred)
