Assistant Manager (Restaurant Operations)

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant

operations, with a primary focus on executing daily operations, developing team members, and

driving consistent performance.

This role serves as a key member of the restaurant leadership team and is responsible for

leading shifts, reinforcing standards, and supporting the development of Team Members and

Shift Managers.

This position is designed for a leader who is preparing to advance to a General Manager role by

building strong operational and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Support and Development
  • Provide direction, coaching, and support to Team Members during shifts
  • Reinforce performance expectations and promote accountability
