Zantech is looking for a talented Program/Mission Support Analyst to contribute to the success of our upcoming Program Management and Cyber Support Services project for an Onsite role based out of Arlington, VA.

The Program/Mission Support Analyst will play a crucial role in providing:

  • Program Management Support
  • Stakeholder Engagement (support functions)
  • Performance management and reporting
  • Knowledge management and SharePoint administration
  • Budget/PPBE support
  • Meeting coordination and action item tracking

The Program/Mission Support Analyst serves as a versatile contributor across multiple task areas, providing critical analytical and operational support for program management, stakeholder engagement, and mission execution functions. This position bridges administrative excellence with cybersecurity mission understanding, supporting the development of standard operating procedures, strategic planning, performance tracking, stakeholder coordination, and budget/resource management.

Impact: Enables smooth operational workflows and data-driven decision-making across mission areas.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Assist in development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies, and documentation
  • Help streamline operational processes ensuring internal and external communications are managed smoothly
  • Support meeting coordination including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Prepare detailed meeting agendas, document action items, and leverage task management systems
  • Follow up on completion of action items and tasks to ensure efficient execution
  • Help create and refine goals and objectives based on authoritative internal and external requirements
  • Implement performance management tools and metrics to track progress of key initiatives
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with strategic goals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the project meets programmatic and operational objectives
  • Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports outlining status of ongoing projects
  • Document potential risks and propose mitigations in reporting
  • Support participation in DHS/CISA Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Ensure resources requested match valid mission requirements
  • Track resource expenditure and utilization against planned strategy
  • Develop and maintain collaboration environments such as Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ensure SharePoint acts as central hub for document management, process workflows, and communication
  • Ensure tools are effectively utilized by staff for document sharing and task tracking
  • Work with federal staff to unify recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce development efforts
  • Assist in development and implementation of strategies for integrating liaisons from partner agencies
  • Provide support to Executive Secretariat
  • Assist with event coordination and continuous improvement processes
  • May support stakeholder engagement activities including meeting preparation and communication materials

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

  • Experience in program management or administrative support roles
  • Experience with performance metrics and reporting
  • Experience with SharePoint and collaboration platform management
  • Skills Required:
    • Understanding of federal government program management practices
    • Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
    • Understanding of JCDC mission and cybersecurity collaboration concepts
    • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint for knowledge management
    • Experience with task management systems
    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) preferred
    • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) helpful
