Description: Our client is currently seeking a Application Support Analyst III
Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
****Location: Temple Terrace FL Only
****Working Model: Hybrid- In-office days would be Tuesday and Thursday
Responsibilities:
Proficiency across a variety of software applications and computer systems
Identify the features, advantages and disadvantages of various software applications
Proficiency in multi-tiered architecture, design and implementation.
Researches and reviews solutions for business needs.
Designs custom application code using features of various languages and tools to code and debug programs.
Participates in projects and the development of new systems for the support of the company.
Develops and maintains systems documentation.
Works with business users and support staff to resolve problems involving custom applications.
Investigate and develop fixes for existing supported applications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Education:
Technical Degree or related work experience
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
AWS experience including AWS Console -- 3+ years
Linux - experience performing process, disk, and file management -- 5 years
Oracle PL/SQL -- 5 years
DESIRED SKILLS:
ServiceNow or Jira experience
Kibana experience
Postgres SQL
AWS experience in the areas of Security Groups
AWS Cloud Engineering experience
