Join our team and deliver on the highest expectations. Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) help provide a detailed, high-quality retail experience for our customers. You'll help improve customer engagement and product sales by driving commercial strategy in the Trade In program, ensuring operations are streamlined and scalable. We also collaborate cross-functionally to define commercial roadmaps and optimize management systems, tools, and process flows to support Apple supply chains. As a WW RFO Program Manager, you will lead strategy, insights and performance across our most important commercial and affordability programs.
Description
- Lead program strategy from concept to launch and run the business after the successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Drive initiatives through all phases of program management from ideation to implementation.
- Assess current business processes for improvement opportunities. Transform broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects.
- Provide detailed commercial and technical analysis of new ideas and initiatives, and be able to communicate complex challenges in simplified ways.
- Define the scope, requirements and feature prioritization of programs to support the RFO roadmap strategy and goals.
- Drive project execution and rollout.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation to grow the program, and improve customer experience, conversion, and efficiency.
- Support day-to-day management of programs including performance optimization, growth and scalability, issues and escalations, and vendor management.
- Manage cross-functional business partners and develop working relationships with worldwide and regional counterparts.
- Lead communications at an executive level while being in the details of all aspects of the programs.
Support new product introductions, seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' experience of program and/or project management in retail operations, inventory management, and/or supply chain.
BS/BA degree required
Have a deep understanding of supply chain, reverse logistics, and eCommerce operations.
Can prioritize strategic objectives which optimize for growth, cost, environmental impact, and fraud reduction while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes.
Analytical mindset and ability to use data effectively to size, prioritize, and stitch business elements to influence through effective storytelling.
Must have phenomenal presentation skills with a keen eye for detail, and expertise in synthesizing complex information for a wide range of audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree a plus
An excellent teammate who can influence through collaboration and leadership, and are able to work effectively with other teams, bringing them along for the journey is essential.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt and can problem-solve on the fly.
Comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and delivering results in an unstructured environment.
