What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Manage food production, menus, purchasing, inventory, portion control, and budget oversight.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate dining services staff to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
  • Create a positive and welcoming dining experience by addressing resident concerns and supporting special events.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the dining room.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor expenses, oversee equipment maintenance, and support overall community goals.
  • Support dining service as needed, including taking orders and assisting guests.
  • Monitor labor and adjust staffing to meet financial goals.
  • Foster a positive team environment and motivate staff.
What Youโ€™ll Need:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Culinary or Hospitality degree, preferred
  • Safe Serve Certification, required
  • 3+ years of food service management experience, required
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time
  • Compassionate, ethical, and friendly demeanor when working with residents, families, and team members
