What You Will Be Doing
As the Security Representative you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations and contract security requirements.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop, administer, and audit security programs for classified and export-controlled information.
  • Lead compliance efforts for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and DoD security rules.
  • Serve as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO).
  • Design and deliver security education and training for personnel.
  • Investigate security violations and produce corrective-action reports.

This position is in Dallas, TX
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years.
Basic Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
  • Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Final Secret security clearance and background investigation performed within the last five years.

Desired Skills
  • Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
  • Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO or physical security specialist.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivelent experience/ combined education. Considered experienced, but still a lerner.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
