Certification in Project Management with proven program/project management experience
Experience with Agile development standards and use of Azure DevOps and Confluence collaboration tools
Extensive experience with MS Office applications including MS Projects for resource and earned value management
Experience in aircraft engine performance and operability analysis
Experience in engine control systems, avionics system design, development and aircraft integration
Extensive management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams
Strong analytical skills and highly motivated with effective problem-solving skills and collaborative with strong teamwork skills
Proficient at handling several analytical tasks concurrently
Expertise in engine life cycle management including steps involved in entry into service
