What You’ll Do

  • Lead capital projects ($50K–$5M+) from scope definition through commissioning and start-up
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors in an active production environment
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and scope changes across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams
  • Support capital planning and continuous improvement initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years leading capital or engineering projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience managing projects from design through commissioning and operational handover
  • Strong contractor/vendor management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with competing priorities
  • Engineering degree required (P.Eng preferred)


Note: This role is not suited for candidates with only project coordination, IT project management, or construction-only experience.
