Program Manager

Location: Windsor, ON

Schedule: Day Shift (Approx. 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM)

Travel: Local customer travel with occasional U.S. travel

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $90,000โ€“$125,000+ CAD, based on direct Program Management experience within a manufacturing environment


Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from award through final delivery within a manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates engineering, production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to completion.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing contact.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
  • Monitor budgets, change orders, risks, and project performance.
  • Lead customer updates and internal program review meetings.
  • Track KPIs related to cost, quality, and timing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience managing programs/projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and cross-functional leadership.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tooling, plastic injection molding, machining, automotive, or related manufacturing industries.
