Role: Project Manager - Program/Project Operations

Duration: Contract

Location:  San Jose, CA (3 days work from office)

Job Description:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams,
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Track action items, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, capture action items, and drive follow-up activities.
  • Support program governance, reporting, and portfolio management processes.
  • Monitor project health and escalate risks, issues, or roadblocks as appropriate.
  • Assist with change management, adoption activities, training coordination, and stakeholder communications.
