Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 2 days onsite: Tuesday & Friday)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple healthcare initiatives under NYC Health + Hospitals. The role involves managing project workstreams, coordinating with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors, and ensuring successful delivery of program goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support full project lifecycle: planning, scope, design, execution, and delivery
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools, templates, and reporting systems
  • Monitor project progress, deliverables, risks, and escalate issues as needed
  • Act as liaison between hospital departments, city agencies, and vendors
  • Assist in training development and implementation support
  • Provide operational and policy guidance to improve service delivery
  • Support invoice review and budget planning recommendations
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders
  • Assist in administrative and technical project tasks as required

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (health-related or engineering field preferred)
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple external vendors/contractors strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams
  • NYC area residency preferred
