Job Title: Project Manager
Location: North Canton, OH
Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager with familiarity with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of supply chain technology projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and adhere to timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of project management principles and supply chain processes and experience working with Kinaxis Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for Kinaxis-related initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and status updates to all stakeholders.
• Oversee projects involving Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, ensuring best practices in configuration and deployment.
• Coordinate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide input on leveraging Kinaxis capabilities to optimize supply chain solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and accountability for project deliverables.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep the project on track.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
