Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & Execution
  • Lead program scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution aligned to Plan of Record (POR) and business requirements
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools and processes
  • Drive programs from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, marketing, etc.) to achieve program objectives
  • Facilitate regular program cadence (CFT/IDT meetings, design reviews, phase gate reviews) to drive alignment and execution
  • Influence stakeholders and align priorities across organizations to resolve conflicts and execution gaps
Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks; drive mitigation plans to closure
  • Proactively identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to keep programs on track
  • Lead trade-off assessments to optimize program outcomes and critical path execution

Performance Tracking & Communication

  • Track and report program performance metrics (schedule, cost, quality, risks) to stakeholders and leadership
  • Communicate program status, risks, and required decisions clearly and concisely across all levels
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to improve program execution, lead time, and cost efficiency
Operational & Business Impact
  • Support financial tracking including budget, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and cost performance
  • Contribute to process improvements, standard methodologies, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet commitments and program milestones
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field
  • 2-5+ years of experience in project/program management, engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, risk management)
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in semiconductor, hardware systems, or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycle (phase gate / NPI processes)
  • Knowledge of data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Exposure to cost analysis, forecasting, or supply chain operations
  • Certification such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred but not required)

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
