What You Will Experience in This Role:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing programs, campaigns, events, social media, sales enablement, and day-to-day marketing operations.
This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Lead, Campaigns & Engagement to keep projects organized, assets moving, deadlines on track, and marketing materials polished and ready for use across campaigns, events, web, social, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Support: Assist with campaign timelines, Asana task tracking, asset coordination, campaign documentation, and post-campaign follow-up.
  • Event & Trade Show Support: Coordinate event logistics, shipments, inventory, materials, vendor details, lead lists, and post-event support.
  • Social Media Support: Assist with social scheduling, content formatting, asset organization, and campaign/event-related posts.
  • Creative Production Support: Update templates, resize graphics, format collateral, prepare visuals, and support video edits, captions, and asset variations.
  • Website & HubSpot Support: Assist with website updates, landing page support, HubSpot tasks, forms, lists, and asset organization.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Help format, update, organize, and maintain sales materials such as one-sheets, case studies, presentations, and campaign support assets

You have:
  • 1 to 3 years of marketing, communications, events, or related experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • B2B, SaaS, aviation, or technology experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, social media, or content projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Canva, Asana, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or video editing is a plus.
  • Comfortable learning and using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, organization, content support, and marketing production workflows
