Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a Senior Project Manager on IT infrastructure initiatives for people management and internal projects. This role will start with administrative responsibilities and progressively involve learning project processes. The position is ideal for candidates with foundational project coordination experience, or who are eager to grow within IT infrastructure project coordination. Someone coming from a administrative, communications, or IT background would be a fit for this role. We are open to candidates that have done some form of documentation, running meetings, purchase orders, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Assist Senior Project Managers with large-scale projects

Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and documentation for project activities and meetings.

Manage contractors onsite-

Some Data background or Dashboard creation background within Excel or Power BI

Understanding of cost structure. Not necessarily building budgets, but some form of budgeting experience.

Act as a liaison between real estate teams and project management.

Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project deliverables under Senior PM supervision.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a Data Center Enviorment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
