Job Description:
We are looking for Program and Policy Officers (Executive Officers), at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia!
This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.
The officer shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Ability to conduct research and prepare responses to support intelligence operations and decision-making.
  • Experience in intelligence operations/analysis/support to field operations.
  • Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.
  • Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
  • Level 3
    • Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
    • Tradecraft-related work experience
    • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
    • Strong analytic writing and editing skills
    • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
  • Level 4
    • Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
    • Tradecraft-related work experience
    • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
    • Strong analytic writing and editing skills
    • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
  • Level 5
    • Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
    • Tradecraft-related work experience
    • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
    • Strong analytic writing and editing skills
    • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: $167,632 - $185,766
