Comprising more than 130 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise across program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life-cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy's Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems, Maritime and Munitions, as well as clients at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, and the Office of Naval Research.#FC #Dice
Responsibilities
You will provide full-time overarching support to a senior Program Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) in PEO IWS of Foreign Military Sales, Technology Transfer, and Releasability. The candidate will primarily provide technical and programmatic services and must have ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all levels of government and industry, PAPMs, and Assistant Program Managers (APMs). A hybrid work environment is acceptable, however you must have the ability to work in the vicinity of the Washington Navy Yard more than 50% of the time and travel ~5% of the time.
You will work alongside programmatic and technical experts within PEO IWS program office to provide FMS liaison support, coordinating closely with stakeholders from various organized combat systems and ship platforms. You will participate in FMS activities and system uses by combat systems and ship platforms planning, scheduling, readiness reviews, data analysis and reporting activities. You will lead and assist in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. You will also be expected to provide analysis and preparation of data and documentation for foreign partners, including MOU/MOAs, TTSARB support, data exchange agreements and disclosure reviews, and participation in and support for Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) and Information Assurance (IA) processes.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Salary Range: 100-140k.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or similar field
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in the area of DoD engineering or programmatic support, Foreign Military Sales, Technology Transfer, and Information Releasability
  • Possess or meet eligibility for DOD SECRET security clearance
