Job description

The Team:

The GTM Program Manager and Program Office Leader will work as part of the GTM Programs and Sales Enablement team, reporting to the VP GTM Programs and Sales Enablement. This role serves as the organizational hub for GTM program management and enablement coordination, working with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and the broader enablement community to ensure coherent, coordinated and impactful go-to-market execution.

The Role:

As GTM Program Manager and Program Office Leader, you will own both individual program delivery and portfolio governance across Celonis' GTM programs. You will translate strategy into executable programs, manage end-to-end program delivery, and provide oversight and coordination across the portfolio of programs to ensure consistency, prioritization and impact. You will also serve as a key coordinator of the enablement agenda, working with the broader enablement community including Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement and other functions to ensure integrated, aligned enablement across the GTM. This is a critical role that bridges strategy and execution while maintaining discipline around measurement and program prioritization.

The work you'll do:
  • Own end-to-end design and execution of strategic GTM programs; translate strategy into executable programs with clear objectives, deliverables and success metrics
  • Partner with senior stakeholders including GTM leadership, regional sales leaders, marketing, product and executives to align priorities, manage dependencies and ensure program success
  • Establish and maintain a portfolio-level view of all active and planned GTM programs; track status, impact and interdependencies to optimize overall program mix
  • Define and maintain consistent measurement and KPI frameworks across the portfolio of programs to enable program prioritization and impact assessment
  • Develop and maintain consistent communication standards, cadence and templates across GTM programs to ensure coordinated and clear messaging
  • Drive the quarterly enablement agenda in partnership with VP GTM Programs and Sales Enablement and broader enablement leadership; identify priorities and coordinate cross-functional enablement initiatives
  • Serve as primary liaison with Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, Product Enablement and other enablement functions; ensure integration and avoid duplication
  • Identify and implement AI and emerging technologies that enhance GTM effectiveness, team productivity and customer engagement
  • Create and maintain program governance processes including prioritization frameworks, resource allocation and issue escalation protocols
  • Produce regular portfolio-level reporting on program progress, impact and recommendations for optimization or new initiatives
  • Gather feedback from field teams and stakeholders to continuously improve program delivery and enablement effectiveness
  • Contribute to the evolution of GTM strategy and provide recommendations on new programs or initiatives that could drive incremental impact
The qualifications you need:
  • Experience managing complex programs and initiatives in SaaS and/or AI-oriented tech companies, in roles such as sales operations, marketing operations, program management office or related functions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive programs end-to-end from strategy through successful execution and measurement, with portfolio-level program management experience
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to understand business context, define clear program objectives and identify critical path to success
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence senior leaders at all levels, manage cross-functional dependencies and align diverse priorities
  • Strong program and portfolio management expertise including planning, tracking, governance, resource allocation, risk management and issue resolution
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS go-to-market best practices, sales processes, enablement best practices and the drivers of GTM productivity
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies; ability to identify and apply relevant tools and approaches to GTM challenges
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple functions and maintaining consistency across initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics, gather data, draw insights and create portfolio-level dashboards and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling narratives, communicate progress to diverse audiences and translate strategy into clear direction
  • Execution-focused with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver with high quality while maintaining overall coherence
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and across diverse enablement communities
  • Experience in or strong understanding of sales methodology deployment, sales enablement and/or customer success enablement a plus
