Job description

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a private investor networks in the NYC area. They have an immediate need for an Office Manager to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance. (Salary when perm: $75K.)

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, fully onsite

Start: Tuesday/Wednesday of next week

Interview: Zoom and potentially in-person this week

About the Company

A private, invitation-only investor network headquartered in NYC, serving approximately 700–800 members, including private investors, family offices, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly polished, confident, and hands-on Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their NYC headquarters.

The ideal candidate will provide a white-glove level of service while managing office operations, vendors, technology, purchasing, facilities, and events. This person should be comfortable interacting with high-profile members and executives and have the confidence and professionalism to work in an exclusive environment.

Responsibilities

-Oversee daily office operations, facilities, maintenance, and workplace standards

-Provide a warm, polished welcome to members, guests, and prospects

-Manage vendors, invoices, building management, COIs, and service providers

-Monitor office expenses, supplies, and software subscriptions; identify cost savings and negotiate pricing

-Manage food/beverage programs, office supplies, and recurring member gifts

-Provide basic IT/AV support, including Zoom Rooms, conference technology, and Google Workspace

-Coordinate mail, deliveries, kitchen upkeep, and daily opening/closing routines

-Manage new-hire onboarding, including key cards, laptops, and Day One logistics

-Plan and execute company events, outings, holiday parties, and member events

-Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and hospitality-focused office environment

Ideal Candidate

-1–5 years of office/workplace operations experience preferred

-Exceptionally polished, professional, and confident

-Strong hospitality and customer-service mindset

-Highly organized and detail-oriented

-Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals, investors, executives, and VIP guests

-Proactive, resourceful, and willing to be hands-on

-Ideally available without planned time off during the first couple of months due to the transition and training period
