Office Assistant
Location: Chambersburg, PA (Travel Between Locations as Needed)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Approximately:Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PMSchedule may vary based on business needs.
About Your Role:
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for assigned programs. Ensure their assigned program functions effectively. Act as a liaison and resource to all internal and external business partners.
Does the following apply to you?        
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred education and/or experience:       
  • At least 1 year experience supporting a similarly sized office and/or 1 year of experience in a customer service position
Additional requirements/qualifications:      
  • Up to 25% of travel between locations – as the need requires
  • Basic understanding of data entry and formatting in Microsoft Office
