This role involves overseeing the production, delivery, and ongoing support of radar systems to our partners around the globe as well as managing projects and programs that create new radar capabilities and features. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Program Execution: Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to initiate and oversee programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Serve as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders through regular touchpoints and strategic business reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new clients through product configuration, platform integration, and training to secure fast time-to-value success and continuous engagement.

Risk and Issue Management: Monitor program efforts to identify and mitigate program risks and issues.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with business development, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure customer requirements and program objectives are met. Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to achieve program goals.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding scope, schedule, quality, and program budget and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required:

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in the defense or technology sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and program-related activities.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute, or equivalent training and experience.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.

Desired:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence software.
  • Experience in radar technology or related fields, with an understanding of radar systems and their applications.
  • Familiar with military and/or government offices, entities, and chains of command.
