Job DescriptionAssistant Program Manager, Healthcare Operations

Honolulu, HI 96859 | Remote | Potential Opportunity

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an Assistant Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving Tripler Army Medical Center, Naval Health Clinic Hawaii, and military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Working closely with the Program Manager, this remote position will assist with staffing, employee coordination, reporting, workflow management, and daily operations.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time remote position
  • No Hawaii residency requirement
  • Monday through Friday
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
  • PTO and Sick Time
  • Potential travel to Bremerton, WA

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily program operations
  • Track attendance, productivity, training, and performance
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and program documentation
  • Support employee onboarding and workflow changes
  • Assist with operational issues and process improvements
  • Provide support to the Program Manager and leadership team

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative, operations, team lead, or supervisory experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work effectively in a high-volume remote environment
  • Secure, reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to travel to Bremerton, WA as needed
  • Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements
