Job description

The position is located in the Resource Management Group in the Central Service Center, Mission Support Service Unit (AJV). This group is responsible for ensuring seamless support throughout the Service Area on issues related to position management, allocation of staffing resources, performance and training.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the (FV-J or FG/GS14) level that is typically in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.

Specialized experience includes:

- Experience applying the principles of management and strategic planning and the interrelationships of funding and resource priorities to plan, organize, execute and control a resource management function or program.

- Experience planning for the effective attainment, allocation and use of an organizations financial, human capital and general businessresources; developing and organizing all business and management actions; executing all plans, initiatives and goals; and controllingthe life cycle of all actionable items to achieve intended outcomes.Education:
