Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Government Program Manager and Government Engineers in the day-to-day planning and execution activities of their assigned programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage schedules, and the capability to provide comprehensive support for program milestones.
#ASFS Required Education, Experience, & Skills * 10 yrs experience in Program Management, 8 years with MS * Demonstrates proactive initiative in identifying and addressing challenges, consistently driving projects forward with minimal supervision * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-directed; works independently and is familiar with Air Force and Government processes. * Familiarity with statutory and regulatory documentation requirements * Proven experience in program management, preferably in a Program Office environment * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering) or equivalent experience

Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
