Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance activities and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing quality teams, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop quality personnel to achieve quality and business objectives.

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and non-conformance management.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and issue resolution.

  • Lead internal and external audits and ensure regulatory and customer compliance.

  • Develop and deliver quality training programs across the organization.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.

  • 8+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience leading and developing quality teams.

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA methodologies.

  • ASQ, Six Sigma, or related quality certifications preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
