Job description

Job Title: Program Manager
Clearance Required: US Citizen, Public Trust Clearance
Work Location: Hybrid, Camp Springs, MD

Alpha Omega is seeking a Program Manager for one of our clients.  The selected candidate will fulfill the responsibilities listed in the Responsibilities section.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include planning, leading, organizing, and managing multiple agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality for clients
  • Demonstrated lifecycle acquisition Program Management experience in a federal environment. Provide overall authority and responsibility for managing and executing the Contractor Task Order and delivery of the project milestones
  • Organize, direct, and manage all aspects of federal contract operational support functions involving multiple, inter-related project tasks
  • Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Drive alignment between stakeholder groups and coordinate any cross-functional dependencies
  • Assess the scope and characteristics of each application, and assist in client requirements while managing a team in support of implementing the application

Required Qualifications:

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or an IT related field

Experience/Skills:

  • Ten (10) – fifteen (15) years of professional experience managing large-scale data and analytics projects with significant technology expertise in addition to program management experience.
  • Proven ability to organize and lead dynamic development teams, demonstrated through direct professional experience in technology environments.

Required Certifications:

  • Program Management Professional (PMP)
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Leadership Development certifications

The likely salary range for this position is $126,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
