Job Description * TTPs: Recommend and architect Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), system workflows, and training programs * Network Security : Administer and secure NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks as ISSO, ITEC, and Cyber Security Liaison * IT Implementation: Work with project managers and client systems team to implement IT capabilities * External Coordination : Coordinate with external organizations, including Tier-2 and Tier-3 organizations, to implement projects and solve IT issues * Account Management : Manages user NIPR accounts, Organization E-Mail Accounts, Distro/Security Groups * Network Oversight : Manages NIPR/SIPR/TS networks; advises leadership on requirements and capabilities * Technology Analysis: Analyze satellite and wireless technologies to identify emerging trends and integration opportunities * Network Optimization : Propose and execute SATCOM/wireless network improvements for optimal efficiency and operator effectiveness * Decision Reporting : Produce high-impact, data-driven reports that guide decision-makers * Standards Enforcement : Validate and enforce standardized operating procedures and TTPs for production environments * Systems Analysis : Conduct advanced intelligence, network, and system-of-systems analysis * Architecture Enforcement : Enhance existing data-link and IC ITE architectures using COTS and GOTS solutions Required Skills * Security Clearance : Current TS/SCI security clearan ce * Certification : DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNA-Security, CySA +, or equivalent) * Education & Experience : Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. * Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree * Wireless Expertise : Hands-on expertise and demonstrated wireless networking knowledge * Analytical Skills : Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills Desired Skills * Communications Certification : Formal SATCOM and wireless communications certifications * Architecture Experience : Experience with COTS/GOTS data-link technology and IC ITE system architectures * ISR Integration : Background in maritime, airborne, or ground ISR sensor integration * Knowledge of and experience with SDNs * Counterintelligence Polygraph
