Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with data center network infrastructure
  • Experience with Risk Management

Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with fiber network deployments, including constructing new outside and inside plant fiber infrastructure.
  • Experience with delivery of telecommunications fiber, space/power, or capacity infrastructure.
  • Experience with long haul fiber.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of global network infrastructure programs, including long-haul fiber, metro networks, and leased capacity, ensuring milestones are met from concept through deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to understand technical dependencies, resolve constraints, and align capacity forecasting with infrastructure deployment timelines.
  • Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and technical trade-offs clearly to both engineering teams and leadership stakeholders.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous strategic initiatives into well-defined technical requirements, actionable roadmaps, and clear execution plans.
  • Drive process improvements and scalability enhancements within network deployment workflows to optimize efficiency and accelerate capacity delivery.
