Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective project tracking systems to document milestones, issues, risks, and completion status
- Deliver concise executive-level reporting and presentations, both written and oral, for leadership and stakeholders
- Provide timely project status updates and actionable feedback on key process objectives
- Lead product migration projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals
- Coordinate with external vendors, manage relationships, and facilitate stakeholder meetings
- Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and drive innovative solutions
- Foster strong partnerships across cross-functional teams and business units
- Support insights programs by aligning employee, customer, and business metrics
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within technology or telecommunications

- Proven leadership in technical product migration projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced analytical and vendor management capabilities
- Technical literacy with understanding of architecture and migration tools

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
