Job description

You will serve as a Program manager in the Systems Acquisitions Group, Program Management Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; 2) Review, analyze, and implement higher level procurement policies; 3) Manage project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identify opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advise management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
