CLA is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager - EPMO to join our growing Enterprise Project Management Office. This role helps to develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects with information technology impact. They work on projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades. Project assignments and complexity are matched to their experience and skill levels.

How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Project Manager - EPMO: Bring together a cross-functional project team while promoting a one team environment and maintains strong relationships with technology staff within the firm. Responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal and external teams, and third parties by making communication an essential part of all planning and work activities. Work with internal and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed. Provide timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensure internal satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals (MPs), Executive Leaders, and vendors.

How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Project Manager role:

Project Management: work with individuals to develop plans that address policies and procedures needed to support the firm's deployment of internal projects and ensure that all projects progress on schedule and within budget. Recommend and formulate the technical scope and objectives of projects. Directs and manages the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Coordinate and track all issues and risks on a consistent basis. Increased project responsibilities include budget, vendor, and resource management.

Relationship Management: Lead a diverse project team by promoting a team-oriented environment and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional staff within the firm. Is responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal and external teams and third parties, by making communication an essential part of all planning and work activities. Work with internal and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed. Provide timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensures internal satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals (MPs), Executive Leaders, and vendors.

What you will need:

4 years of relevant experience required; 2 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred

7 years of relevant experience preferred; 5 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)

Technical Competencies:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
