Job Description:
Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and budget management, including manpower, equipment, materials, and cost allocations to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and departmental resources to meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget commitments.
Support sales and bid development activities, contributing to new business acquisition and strengthening governance within the sales process.
Monitor project execution, proactively identify risks or schedule delays, and implement corrective and alternative action plans.
Manage contracts and customer relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and qualification requirements.
Maintain regular communication with customers and internal leadership regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Assign, track, and evaluate team tasks and performance, providing clear feedback and guidance.
Perform cost analysis and drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Prepare and manage internal and external documentation, reports, and communications.
Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
