Technology - Project Manager IV - Job Description/ Responsibilities

This full-time temporary position located in Pittsburgh, PA will serve the Real Estate category with a heavy emphasis on Construction procurement.  This temporary position is a key role reporting into the head of the Sourcing Category Owner for Real Estate, Facilities, and Corp Services in our Pittsburgh, PA offices.
This is a high spotlight role that faces off to the Global Head for Corp Real Estate and their senior team.  You will be working side by side with this team on a large portfolio (> $100 million) of renovation projects across the world in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
•       Partner with the Construction Project Management team and Sourcing Category Director to support the global construction sourcing portfolio across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
•       Help identify and qualify suitable vendors such as general contractors, carpenters, electricians, and all other trades used in the construction field with the relevant skills, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
•       Lead the end-to-end contracting for construction projects of various sizes and scopes, including RFPs, bidder strategy, commercial evaluations, and negotiations.
•       Manage complex agreements such as American Institute of Architects (AIA) construction contracts, local country agreements, Master Purchase Agreements, Master Services Agreements, amendments, and project-level construction contracts.
•       Support renovation, workplace transformation, capital improvement, and other large-scale facilities and construction programs.
•       Drive consistent contracting approaches and supplier frameworks across key global vendors managed service providers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
•       Oversee contract governance, template standardization, clause management, and lifecycle compliance for construction sourcing, and audit requirements.
•       Have experience utilizing various contract lifecycle management tools, such as Sirion Labs, Ivalua, and Oracle.
•       Act as a trusted advisor to the heads of Construction, Facilities, Legal, Finance, and senior leadership to align commercial strategy for construction sourcing with project execution.
•       Deliver measurable commercial value through risk mitigation, scope optimization, contract performance visibility, cost savings, and use of analytics and digital tools such as Sirion and Ivalua.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
•       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
•       10+ years of experience in construction contracting, sourcing using RFI and RFPs, and commercial negotiations, including using AIA-based agreements for capital projects (> $5 million).
•       Proven experience working across global construction programs and multi-region stakeholder environments (NA, EMEA, APAC).
•       Deep expertise in:
o       AIA contract structures and supplementary conditions.
o       Construction contracting and project delivery models.
o       Facilities and capital project sourcing.
•       Experience working with global facilities and construction management vendors such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, or CBRE.
•       Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
•       Experience using contract lifecycle management and procurement tools (such as Sirion, Ivalua).
•       Strong analytical mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, global execution environment.
