Project Support: Assist the program management team with schedule updates, budget tracking, and preparation of reports and presentations for the owner.

Meeting Coordination: Help schedule and prepare for project meetings, record minutes, and track action items through to resolution.

Site Documentation: Accompany team members on periodic site visits to assist with photo documentation and field observation records.

Qualifications

Education: Recent graduate with a B.Arch, M.Arch, or BFA in Architecture from an NCARB accredited program.

Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with close attention to detail.

Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or construction management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus.

A.I. Knowledge: Familiarity with current trends in A.I. is a plus.

Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer

Competitive salary commensurate with experience

Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

401(k) matching program

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays

Support for ongoing professional development and A.R.E. exam preparation
