Program Manager III -Active Top Secret Clearance required for this position.


enGeniusis seeking a Program Manager to serve as the Task Order Program Manager for a prospective federalclientin Arlington, VA. The Program Manager carries responsibility for contract performance, workforce management, quality assurance, and client relationships.This position is contingent upon contract award.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as enGenius' primary point of contact to the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, andclientleadership for all contract-related matters.
  • Develop, implement, and execute the contract management plan covering personnel management, quality assurance, security compliance, training, and financial administration.
  • Manage a team of approximately 13 core staff acrossfinancial management, administrative support, acquisition support, and technical support functions, ensuring all task requirements andquality levelsare met.
  • Maintain a stable, fully cleared workforce,actively managing recruiting pipelines, retention initiatives, and succession planning to meet an 80% annual retention standard.
  • Develop andsubmitthe monthly Contractor Progress, Status, and Management Reports, covering staffing status, financial execution summary, training status, surge hours, and anyanticipatedissues.


Experience Required:

  • 6+ years of progressive program or contract management experience in a federal government environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing government contracts with diverse, multi-functional teams of cleared personnel in a classified environment.
  • Proven ability to manage cleared workforce administration, including recruiting, retention, onboarding, and security compliance.
  • At least three (3) yearsdemonstratedexperience in a supervisory capacity in planning, developing, and executing major research and development efforts for defense organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;demonstratedability to brief senior government officials and produce high-quality deliverables with minimal rework.
  • Familiarity withDepartment of Warsecurity requirements, personnel security processes, and classified facility accessmanagement.
  • Bachelor's degreerequired.


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience supporting DARPA, DISA, or a similar defense research and development agency.


Security Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance. Verification will be required.
