Job Description:

  • The Client team seeks material planners to manage schedules and drive process improvements.
  • The ideal candidate has SAP S/4HANA or similar MRP system experience, manages complex material plans, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • This role requires data-driven decision-making, comfort with ambiguity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own schedule management for assigned categories and manage MRP exceptions.
  • Perform clear-to-build assessments on production work orders, manage shortages and floor scrap replacement, and monitor production schedule adherence.
  • Continuously improve reorder points and order modifiers to optimize stock availability.
  • Resolve data quality issues and influence supplier investments in continuous improvement.
  • Provide data-driven reviews to management focused on supply chain optimization, create SOPs for transaction processing, and engage in short, medium, and long-range planning activities to ensure service consistency.
  • The role demands a passion for exceptional customer experience and delivering results at continually lower costs and risks.
