Position Summary

As a member of the team, you will support direct-to-customer communications through CRM lifecycle marketing journeys and campaigns. You will partner closely with marketing strategists, marketing operations, analytics teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to optimize planning, execution, and customer-focused outcomes. This role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans and specifications that drive alignment and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple concurrent projects, influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and business results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across the marketing campaign development process, serving as a strategic point of contact to drive alignment and resolve issues throughout execution

  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes by prioritizing high-value work, translating strategic objectives into executable campaign plans, and leading or participating in project kickoff meetings to ensure flawless execution

  • Develop expertise in customer lifecycle marketing strategies, campaign execution processes, and evolving system capabilities to recommend effective approaches that support business objectives and customer engagement goals

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and lifecycle marketing teams to review performance, incorporate testing and insights, and optimize future campaigns, customer journeys, and channel placements

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery while identifying process improvement opportunities, mitigating risks, and maintaining operational excellence

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, project management, program management, or a related field

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balance competing priorities, and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools

  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project execution and business outcomes

  • Ability to follow a hybrid work model, with a preferred location of Woonsocket, RI and an alternative location of Chicago, IL. Team members are expected to work 2 to 3 days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, loyalty marketing, retail, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, or a related consulting environment

  • Knowledge of CRM and personalization programs across channels such as email, direct mail, SMS, and push notifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and OneDrive

  • Experience using Adobe Workfront or similar marketing project management and workflow tools

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
