Our F-35 Production Team is seeking an experienced program manager to support the business. This position will report directly to one of the F-35 Production Leads within the F-35 Solutions Product Line. This role is hybrid working out of Nashua, NH (NHQ).
Candidate should have the ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions; ability to understand opposing points of view on complex issues and to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints. Have ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on both a short-term & long-term basis, both for self and others. ability to make decisions which have impact on the business; ability to develop complex concepts and plans and communicate them effectively through formal or informal presentations, either inside or outside the organization. Regular requirements to use written and oral communication skills; interact with managers, staff, co-workers and others encountered in the course of work; ability to compose materials such as detailed reports and work-related documents and communicate substantively about them either verbally or in writing; communicate interactively & make presentations effectively.
In this job, you will:
  • Take responsibility for management and execution of a contract.
  • Prepare and/or review project execution plans and other documentation.
  • Be intimately involved in budget/financial planning and reporting.
  • Report status to product line and senior leadership.
  • Develop customer relationships with regular communication.
  • Drive program/contract success by delivering on our commitments in accordance with the expected behaviors, processes and guidance
