Job description

At Vernon Hyundai, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing the quality and innovation of Hyundai vehicles. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager / F&I Specialist to join our leadership team.

This role will work closely alongside our Finance Manager and Sales Manager, supporting both the sales floor and finance department to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient purchase experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Assist with deal structuring and closing, ensuring smooth transactions from the showroom to delivery

Work with customers to present and secure financing and protection products including warranties and vehicle protection packages

Collaborate with the Finance Manager on lender approvals, paperwork accuracy, and compliance

Work alongside the Sales Manager to help guide the sales team and maintain strong sales processes

Maintain positive relationships with lenders and partners

Ensure all deals meet dealership policies and regulatory requirements

Deliver an outstanding and transparent customer experience throughout the purchase process

Qualifications

Automotive dealership experience required (sales, finance, or management)

Knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs is an asset

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Valid driver’s license
