Program Manager

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 37 years of experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking a committed and passionate Program Manager to join the SRI Team!

Overview: The Library of Congress Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is responsible for providing enterprise IT end user support services for Library staff across all Library Service Units and external partners. They operate a 24x7x365 Tier I/II contact center to receive and process IT incidents and requests, and guide end users through the self-service portal for IT requests. Additionally, they provide in-person Tier I/II Technology Assistance Center during normal working hours to receive and process IT incidents and requests either in person, deskside, or remotely. This position is for the Program Manager to oversee contractor support to the OCIO.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Contractor's single program manager and shall be the Contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
  • Responsible for formulating, enforcing, and enhancing work standards, assigning Contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising Contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Track and account for government-provided equipment approved to be on or off-site in the performance of the resulting contract.
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are submitted in accordance with PWS requirements.
  • Responsible for all staffing decisions made under the execution of this contract.

Minimum Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines.

โ€ข 5 yearsโ€™ experience in IT support/service management or related field.

โ€ข Ability to use automated tools such as Microsoft Office to communicate and present ideas, information, and reports.

โ€ข Proven leadership experience managing personnel across multiple functional task areas.

โ€ข Knowledge of common information technology applications and services, network services, computer and communications systems, associated protocols and industry standards and Federal information security and device configuration standards.

โ€ข Experience providing supervisory oversight and coordinating tasks.

โ€ข Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 Foundations certification.

โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

โ€ข Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

โ€ข Experience working with Project Lifecycle Methodologies (PMLC) methodologies.

โ€ข Experience with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
