The Chaldean Community Foundation (CCF) improves the stability, health, and wellness of those we serve through advocacy, acculturation, community development and cultural preservation.

The Chaldean Community Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join its West Bloomfield office. The Program Manager will lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, ensuring alignment with the CCF’s mission, grant requirements, and community needs.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of educational and cultural programs, including language classes, theatre, museum and library initiatives, and cooking demonstrations.
  • Oversee program operations, ensuring efficient execution, quality, and alignment with grant and funding requirements.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support program staff and volunteers, providing guidance on daily operations and professional development.
  • Monitor program participation, performance, and outcomes, and generate reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for program participants, handling escalated inquiries and maintaining high-quality client engagement.
  • Develop and maintain program budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with organizational and funding guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities, including staffing events, meetings, and off-site functions.
  • Evaluate community needs and propose new programs or enhancements to existing programs to increase impact.
  • Ensure programs operate in accordance with organizational policies, safety protocols, and accessibility standards.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Fluency in Arabic or Chaldean preferred.
